Pay-per-call software

Pay-per-call software built for white-label network operators

Publishers ping your campaigns. Your buyers answer in the browser. A call bills when spoken criteria qualify it, under your brand.

01 — The category

What pay-per-call software means

A number pool that records a call is call tracking. Pay-per-call software is the operating stack around the call: a publisher ping, routing rules, a buyer on the line, a record of what was said, and a charge only when the campaign’s criteria are met.

InboundX is that stack for an operator who runs the network. It is not a consumer marketplace.

02 — Beside it

Software, tracking, and networks

People searching this category are often looking at three different jobs. The rows below name those jobs. They do not rank vendors. Side-by-side pages start at Why InboundX. Published plan figures are on the homepage comparison. Agencies weighing a switch can read Ringba alternatives. Those pages are not rankings.

Buyer needs beside the kinds of tools operators evaluate, and where InboundX sits. Not a ranking.

03 — Fit

Who it is for

Lead buyers and network operators who take publisher traffic and staff their own buyers. You set the campaigns, the criteria, and the brand callers and buyers see.

The branded product page is white-label pay-per-call.

04 — Not the fit

Who it is not for

Marketers who only need to attribute ads to phone calls. That job is call tracking. InboundX is the network those calls run on, not a number-pool report by itself.

Buyers who only want to purchase vertical consumer leads. InboundX does not sell those leads, and it is not a shelf of calls for a buyer to buy.

05 — The product

What the software does

  • Publisher ping

A publisher asks whether a campaign will take a caller who is already on the line. Every ping is kept, with the answer and the reason, including a no-bid.

  • Reserve, then ring in the browser

Routing holds one buyer. The call rings in a browser tab after a short device check. There is no desk phone, no softphone, and nothing to install.

  • Live talk and transcript

Caller and buyer are transcribed live on separate channels. You can listen in on a call from the console.

  • Qualification, then the bill

A call is charged once, when every criterion that gates the charge is met. Campaigns can bill on duration instead, and those charge at the end of the call. After hangup the full transcript is graded again, which can add a charge the live pass missed but never removes one.

  • White-label brand

The workspace is your subdomain, your logo, and your colours. Email the product sends comes from you. A Powered by InboundX badge is on for new workspaces, and you can switch it off. Read white-label pay-per-call to run it under your brand.

  • Recordings, listen-in, and disputes

Two channels per call, stored privately, kept for a year by default. The call log holds the timeline, transcript, recording, summary, and billing, with a printable evidence pack. A buyer can dispute a charge inside the window you set.

  • Sealed workspaces

Each workspace is sealed from the others at the database level. Your buyers, publishers, and calls are only visible inside yours.

06 — The call

How it fits the stack

A call moves through six steps: ping, reserve, ring, talk, qualify, bill. Each one keeps a record. The written path, without repeating it here, is from ping to bill.

07 — The plan

One plan, billed on the qualified call

The homepage publishes one plan: $499/month + $0.06/min, transcription included. The $499 platform fee is free for 7 days. A card is required. Minutes are billed from a prepaid call balance from the first call, including during the trial. Cancel online in one step.

A call bills when what was said qualifies it, unless the campaign bills on duration. The charge rules are on Pricing.

08 — Questions

Asked about the software

01What is pay-per-call software?
Pay-per-call software is the stack operators use to route inbound phone opportunities, apply campaign rules, and bill when a call meets qualification criteria. InboundX is pay-per-call software for white-label network operators: publishers ping your campaigns, routing reserves a buyer, the buyer answers in the browser, every word can be transcribed live, and a call bills when spoken criteria qualify it — on your subdomain, with your branding.
02How is pay-per-call software different from call tracking?
Call tracking records that a call happened and ties it back to an ad or a number. Pay-per-call software also answers a publisher's ping, reserves a buyer, rings that buyer in the browser, and bills when what was said qualifies. InboundX is that software, run under your brand.
03What is a white-label pay-per-call platform?
A white-label pay-per-call platform is the same network, wearing the operator's brand. On InboundX, buyers sign in at your subdomain, to your logo and your colours, and email comes from you. A Powered by InboundX badge is on for new workspaces, and you can switch it off.
04Do buyers need a softphone?
No. They go online in a browser tab after a short device check, and calls pick up on their own. There's no desk phone, no softphone and nothing to install.
05How does qualification billing work?
A call is charged once, the moment every criterion that gates the charge is met. That can happen mid-call. Campaigns can bill on duration instead, and those charge at the end of the call. After hangup the full transcript is graded again, which can add a charge the live pass missed but never removes one. Buyers prepay into a wallet through your payment processor. The platform does not hold that money.
06Is InboundX a pay-per-call publisher network?
No. InboundX does not sell consumer leads, and it is not a marketplace of offers. You run the network: your campaigns, your publishers, and your buyers, under your brand.
07How does InboundX compare to Ringba, Phonexa, or Invoca?
InboundX does not rank other products. Operators often evaluate full routing platforms, including Ringba, Phonexa, and Invoca, when they want ping routing, buyer handling, and billing together. InboundX is the white-label version of that job: your brand, a publisher ping with a reason, a buyer answering in the browser, and a charge when spoken criteria qualify the call. The homepage shows a few published plan figures. That comparison is not a ranking, and this site does not publish named side-by-side reviews.
