Agreement
By using the marketing site or creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you accept for a company, you confirm that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not open a workspace. InboundX is operated by REOM LLC, a Wyoming LLC, 1712 Pioneer Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.
The workspace agreement, when you have one, and these Terms together govern the product. If they conflict, the workspace agreement controls on that point. This page is what visitors to the marketing site are shown.
The service
InboundX lets an operator run a pay-per-call network under their own brand. Publishers ping campaigns. Routing reserves an eligible buyer. The buyer answers in the browser. Both sides can be recorded and transcribed live. A call is billed when the campaign’s rules say it qualifies, or on duration when the campaign is set that way.
The marketing site describes the product. A simulated call on the homepage is an illustration of those steps. It is not a service level and it is not a promise about response time.
InboundX is not a seller of consumer leads. It does not guarantee lead quality, conversion, or that an operator’s campaign is compliant.
Accounts and workspaces
The operator is responsible for the workspace: who they invite, the brand they upload, the campaigns they run, and the buyers and publishers they allow in.
Each workspace is sealed from the others. You will not attempt to access another customer’s workspace, data, or calls.
You are responsible for your credentials and for the people who use your brand. Owners and managers can see the floor, and an owner can close any page to a manager. Buyers see their own calls. They do not see which publisher sent the call, other buyers, or what you earn. The caller’s number stays masked until the call bills. Publishers see their traffic, reasons, earnings, and invoices. They do not see your price, your buyers, or other publishers.
Acceptable use
You will not use InboundX for unlawful calling. You are responsible for the traffic you accept and the campaigns you run, including consent, calling hours, and do-not-call rules that apply to you, the TCPA included where it applies to your calls. InboundX does not clear scripts in advance and does not guarantee a compliant outcome.
You will not probe other workspaces, interfere with routing or billing, upload malware, or use the service to harass callers or buyers.
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these Terms, that is not paid for, or that puts the platform or another customer at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will email the workspace first.
Billing
There is one plan. When a price is published, it is a monthly amount plus a per-minute rate. The per-minute rate covers connected minutes on both sides, a live transcript of both voices, and AI analysis of the call: qualification, summary, and compliance checks. Minutes are billed from a prepaid call balance, from the first call. A card is required. You can cancel anytime, online, in one step.
A call is charged once, the moment every criterion that gates the charge is met, including mid-call. Campaigns that bill on duration charge at the end of the call. After hangup, the full transcript is graded again. That pass can add a charge the live pass missed. It does not remove a charge.
Buyers prepay into a wallet through your payment processor, under your brand. The platform does not hold that money. Your agreements with your buyers about top-ups, payment terms, and credits inside your own rules are yours. Our ledger records charges and credits as new rows. We do not rewrite a charge out of the history.
The pricing page describes this model. If no dollar amount is shown there, the platform has not published one. These Terms do not invent a second tier, a package price, or a bank of free minutes.
Disputes about a call
The product has a dispute window you set. A buyer files it from the call. You decide with the recording and the transcript in front of you. An approval credits the buyer’s wallet and blocks that caller. The buyer gets the decision by email, in your brand.
That flow is a feature of the product. It is not a lawsuit, and it is not the way you or we raise a legal dispute about these Terms.
Your brand and ours
You keep the rights in the name, logo, and other brand assets you upload. You give us permission to show them in your workspace, on your subdomain, and in email the product sends for you.
InboundX, the InboundX marks, and the platform stay ours. You may not present the platform as a software product you built, copy it, or strip technical notices. The “Powered by InboundX” badge is on for new workspaces, and you can switch it off.
If you send feedback about the product, we may use it to improve the service. We do not promise payment for the idea.
Confidentiality and data
Call recordings and transcripts are used to provide that workspace’s transcription, qualification, summaries, disputes, and audit. How long they are kept, and how to ask about them, is in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell that data.
Warranties
The service is provided as it is available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, any particular uptime percentage, or that a campaign will produce qualified calls, revenue, or a compliant result. Telephone networks, browsers, and your payment processor sit outside any such promise.
To the extent the law allows a disclaimer, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent applicable law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost calls or lost campaign revenue.
To the extent applicable law allows, each party’s total liability arising out of the service in a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the platform in the three months before the claim. The cap does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud or willful misconduct.
This page does not claim that a court in any particular place will enforce it.
Termination
You may cancel the plan online, in one step. We may suspend or close a workspace for a material breach, for non-payment, or where leaving it open would put the platform or another customer at risk.
After termination, access to the workspace stops. Recordings follow the Privacy Policy, a year by default, unless a deletion request is honored or a longer hold is required. Ledger rows that already exist stay as the billing record. Cancellation does not undo a charge the product’s rules already applied, except where the dispute flow credits a wallet or the law requires a refund.
Governing law
These Terms do not choose a country, state, or court. The workspace agreement is where governing law is named. Until that text is published, these Terms do not select a venue. Rights that the law says cannot be waived are not waived here.
Changes
We post updates on this page and change the date above. If a change materially reduces what the plan includes, we will also email the workspace address we have on file. The workspace agreement controls if it sets a different process.
