You and your managers
The whole floor: live calls with listen-in, every ping and why it was declined, transcripts, recordings, summaries, disputes, wallets, and finance. Owners can close any page to any manager.
White-label pay-per-call
01 — Fit
Call buyers and network operators who take publisher traffic and staff their own buyers. You set the campaigns, the criteria, and the brand callers and buyers see.
InboundX does not sell consumer leads, and it is not a place for a buyer to buy a vertical’s calls off a shelf. It is also not call tracking on its own. If you want to operate the network, this is the product.
What pay-per-call software is — and how it differs from call tracking and from buying leads — is its own page. This one stays the white-label product. Agencies comparing routing platforms can read Why InboundX and Ringba alternatives. The published plan figures live on the homepage. Those pages do not rank vendors.
02 — Call tracking
Call tracking white label is the search for a branded record of a phone call: a number, a recording, and a source. That is a real category. InboundX is not that product on its own.
The record here sits inside the network you operate. A publisher pings a campaign, routing reserves one buyer, the buyer answers in the browser, and the call log keeps the timeline, the transcript, the recording, and whether the call billed.
03 — The record
White label call tracking, as a branded record, wears the same name as the rest of the workspace. Buyers sign in at your subdomain, to your logo and your colours, and email the product sends comes from you. A Powered by InboundX badge is on for new workspaces, and you can switch it off.
It is still a pay-per-call platform, not a standalone tracker and not a ranking of other trackers. The software category is on pay-per-call software.
04 — Your brand
The workspace is live at your subdomain about two minutes after it is created. Buyers sign in there, to your logo, in your colours, and email the product sends comes from you.
Logo, mark, favicon, colours, and the login page are yours to set. The Powered by InboundX badge is on for new workspaces. You can switch it off.
Try the marks on the homepage. The written version of the call is on How it works.
05 — The call
The same six steps the product runs, in order. Each one keeps a record.
A publisher asks for a bid.
Routing holds one buyer and writes down why.
It rings in a browser tab.
Every word, as it's said.
Billed on what was said.
The money moves once.
06 — Roles
The whole floor: live calls with listen-in, every ping and why it was declined, transcripts, recordings, summaries, disputes, wallets, and finance. Owners can close any page to any manager.
Their calls. They go online in a tab, read the live transcript, and see their wallet, their disputes, and your training. They never see which publisher sent the call, other buyers, or what you earn. The caller's number stays masked until the call bills.
Their traffic and the reasons: calls, pings, earnings, and weekly invoices, plus a dry run to test the integration. They never see your price, your buyers, or other publishers. They see a dispute's outcome, never the pending case.
07 — Evidence
Two channels per call, stored privately, kept for a year by default. The call log holds the timeline, the transcript, the recording, the summary, and the billing on one page, with a printable evidence pack.
A buyer disputes a charge inside the window you set. You decide with the recording and the transcript in front of you. An approval credits the wallet and blocks that caller. The buyer gets the decision by email, in your brand.
What that costs is a single plan, described on Pricing. There are no extra tiers on that page.
