What CallGrid publishes well

A live double-blind auction: buyers do not see each other, and the highest revenue per call wins, not the highest bid.

Talk-time billing, not pings. Prepaid usage, no setup fee, unlimited seats, and support on both plans.

AI agent qualification before routing, plus recording, transcripts, and keyword tagging. Five routing methods with failover.

03 — InboundX

How InboundX is set up

RTB is on the one plan, not a $995 tier. Transcription is in the $0.06, not $0.04/min extra.

Buyers answer in the browser. CallGrid's public pages do not describe browser answering.

A call is billed when spoken criteria qualify it. White-label is your subdomain, logo, colours, and email. CallGrid does not publish a white-label workspace.
