Ringba alternatives

Ringba alternatives for agencies that run their own network

A buyer's page for agencies comparing routing platforms. It says what InboundX is, what it is not, and where the published figures live. It does not rank anyone. For the side-by-side of published plan figures, see Ringba vs InboundX.

01 — The search

What agencies mean by Ringba alternatives

Agencies that already run publisher traffic usually want one stack: a ping from the publisher, a buyer on the line, a record of what was said, and a charge only when the campaign’s rules are met. Ringba is a name that comes up in that search. An alternative is another platform that can do that job.

InboundX is pay-per-call software for that operator, worn as a white-label pay-per-call network. It is not a claim that any other product is missing a feature, and it is not a leaderboard.

02 — Three jobs

Separate the platform from the tracker

The same search often mixes three jobs. The rows name those jobs. They do not rank the vendors people mention beside them.

Three buyer jobs, the kind of product people often evaluate, and where InboundX sits. Not a ranking.

03 — The product

What to compare, and what InboundX does

These are the checks that match the product. Each answer is what InboundX does. It is not a statement about Ringba.

  • Publisher ping, with a reason

A publisher asks whether a campaign will take a caller who is already on the line. Every ping is kept, with the answer and the reason, including a no-bid.

  • Buyers in the browser

Routing holds one buyer. The call rings in a browser tab after a short device check. There is no desk phone, no softphone, and nothing to install.

  • Transcription in the per-minute price

The published plan is $499/month + $0.06/min, and the transcript is included in that per-minute price. It is not a separate line item on the pricing page.

  • A bill when the call qualifies

A call is charged once, when every criterion that gates the charge is met. Campaigns can bill on duration instead. No match, no charge, unless the campaign is set to bill on length.

  • Your brand on the workspace

Buyers sign in at your subdomain, to your logo and your colours, and email comes from you. A Powered by InboundX badge is on for new workspaces, and you can switch it off.

  • Publishers do not see your margin

Publishers see their calls, their pings, the reasons, their earnings, and weekly invoices. They never see your price, your buyers, or your headcount.

The category page is pay-per-call software. The branded product page is white-label pay-per-call.

04 — Figures

Published plan figures, not a ranking

The compact side-by-side is Ringba vs InboundX. The homepage comparison lists a few published plan figures for InboundX and for Ringba, CallGrid, TrackDrive, Retreaver, and BESO. Each competitor figure points at the public page it came from, checked 1 Oct 2026. Prices change. Where a cell says "Not published", the figure was not found on a public page. That is not the same as "they do not offer it".

InboundX’s own line on that table is one plan: $499/month + $0.06/min, transcription included. The charge rules are on Pricing.

05 — Questions

Questions about Ringba alternatives

01What are Ringba alternatives?
For an agency that operates a call network, Ringba alternatives are other platforms that can accept publisher call traffic, route it to buyers, and bill against campaign rules. The list people assemble depends on the job. A tracker, a lead marketplace, and a routing platform are not the same product.
02Is InboundX a Ringba alternative?
InboundX is a white-label pay-per-call platform for operators who run their own publishers and buyers. If that is the job you are comparing, it belongs in the set. It is not a call tracker on its own, and it does not sell consumer leads.
03Does this page rank Ringba?
No. It does not score Ringba or any other vendor, and it does not claim a position, a saving, or a return. The homepage table lists a few published plan figures, with the public pages they came from and the date they were checked. "Not published" there means the figure was not found on a public page.
04How is InboundX different from call tracking?
Call tracking records that a call happened. InboundX also answers a publisher ping, reserves one buyer, rings that buyer in the browser, and bills when what was said qualifies. The call log still keeps the timeline, transcript, and recording.
05Can an agency run it under its own brand?
Yes. The workspace is your subdomain, your logo, and your colours. Email the product sends comes from you. The branded product page is white-label pay-per-call.
06What does the plan cost?
The homepage publishes one plan: $499/month + $0.06/min, transcription included. The $499 platform fee is free for 7 days. A card is required. Minutes are billed from a prepaid call balance from the first call, including during the trial. Cancel online in one step.
